Description:
when selecting multiple advisors to schedule there is no longer a use default frequency checkbox

How to repeat:
select multiple advisors and try to schedule them

Suggested fix:
restore original functionality and write a UI testcase to back it up

R7824 - Added back a mechanism to show "use default" checkbox if attempting to schedule multiple rules. This type of error can't be tested with our unit tests but it would be a good candidate for a selenium test.

This is fixed for the "schedule" button under the "add to schedule" link under the advisors tab, but the same needs to be corrected for the "edit" button under the current schedule link under the advisors tab.

Resolution

    * Add a flag in the json action that determines whether to show the checkbox
    * Add a test in the popup initialization whether to show checkbox

Test

   1. Edit multiple schedules
   2. Note that the checkbox exists
   3. Set the schedules to something other than the default
   4. Go through the process again but use the checkbox for using default
   5. Note that the schedules return to the default
   6. Edit a single schedule using the batch "edit" button
   7. Note that there is no checkbox
