Description:
In 5.0.46, no test on any platform will run the "udf"
test. This is the only way we can know this feature
is working, and it should for most platforms.

In 5.1.21, only the Red Hat RHEL3 RPM builds runs this
test, where it passes. But it is not run for the non
RPM builds on the same hosts.

This might hide real problems, unless it actually shows
that almost all platforms fails to use UDFs. In any
case this needs to be investigated.

How to repeat:
This is about release builds, if using the same settings
you will see that the "udf" test is skipped, like

  main.udf [ skipped ] Test requires: 'have_udf_example'
