Description:
when we use ndb_config for verifying cluster parameter settings only the values for the data nodes are displayed but not the values in the management nodes.

In theory the mgmd can have some other values (after changes on the config.ini followed by the restar of the mgmd and forgot to restart ndbd's) than the data nodes in the cluster. this can cause some troubles.

How to repeat:
ndb_config --query=Id,TransactionDeadlockDetectionTimeout --fields='-' --rows='\n'
1-      --> mgmd
2-6000  --> ndbd
3-6000  --> ndbd
6-      --> mysqld
7-      --> ...
8-
9-

Suggested fix:
also the the actual values of the variables known by the mgmd should be displayed that one can easily verify if there was no proper cluster rolling restart.
