Hi, upgraded to 5.0.45, seemed like issue had gone away but after 3 days, the issue has returned. the bug still exists.

As it was not clear how exactly to repeat http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=11897, this bug may be still not fixed. Please, send the exact steps on how to repeat it in 5.0.45.
