Description:
Bug #9953 is marked as closed. There is no mention of a fix for mysql 5.0 (or 4.1)

The bug can still be repeated with mysql 5.0.48

How to repeat:
please verify Bug #9953 on 5.0

Suggested fix:
please reopen Bug #9953 for 5.0, and close this bug
