Description:
hi,
i'm not able to reopen this bug:
http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=13138
so i create a new one. i using 
mysql-administrator-5.0r12-2.fc7
on fedora 7 with 
mysql-server-5.0.22-2.1.0.1
on CentOS-5 (Red Hat 5) with old-passwords set in my.cnf and i still got this error: "Could not retrieve user privilege information." when try to manage users.

How to repeat:
just select user administration
