Description:
When set [Connect options>Character set] option = not  null cause error:

[MySQL][ODBC 3.51 Driver]Can't initialize character set cp850 (path: C:\mysql\\share\charsets\)
My path:
C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.0\share\charsets\

Can be duplicate of bug #17270

This is not a MyODBC bug. MyODBC tests live MySQL server for supported charsets. Definitely a duplicate of Bug#17270. Changing descriptions accordingly.
