Description:
Good morning.

I've noticed that tickets no longer logged bugs.mysql.com no longer have a year timestamp.  Would it be possible to display the full timestamp: yyyy mm dd ?

Suggested fix:
Tickets should display a full timestamp:
YYYY/MM/DD hh24:mm

This only happens if the year is the current year,
if it is 2006 or before the year is added to the
output just fine ...

What is the advantage of doing this?
