Description:
Date format is non-standard, thresholds are missing, and frequency is missing. Also, there was a request to include the merlin version number.

How to repeat:
Trigger a notification to be sent to your email account.

Suggested fix:
Update the email notification to include the missing fields and format the date into standard international format.
