Description:
If the log_queries_not_using_indexes is set, queries not using indexes are written to the slow-query-log. If there was a similar option to log queries that caused create_myisam_from_heap() to be called, users could find candidates for SQL_BIG_RESULT or a way to find optimal values for max_heap_table_size/tmp_table_size.
