Description:
When trying to install to D:\Program Files\MySQL\GUITools I get the following error message.

Error 1304. Error writing to file D:\Program Files\MySQL\GUITools\zlib.dll.  Verify that you have access to that directory.

I have verified that I have access and still no joy.  I even tried to install using 8.3 file names with no success.

I did not wnat to install to C: because of low disk space.  I tried the install again using C: and the install completed successfully.  Both drives are NTFS and I am installing with a local account that has administrator rights.

How to repeat:
Start setup.
When it gets to the Destination Folder screen click change and overwrite C with D.
Click OK
Click Next
Select custom
Click Next
Click Next
Click Install

The failure occurs within a few seconds.
