Description:
The server has Handler_rnd_next counter but there is no Handler_rnd_init counter (that would count # of scan initializations). This makes it impossible to figure out the average number of scanned records within one table scan.

How to repeat:
n/a

Suggested fix:
Introduce two more status variables:

Handler_rnd_init - incremented at random-probes table scan intitalization
Handler_rnd_init_seq - incremented at sequential table scan intitalization

which would allow to figure out how many records on average are scanned within one sequential table scan and random-probes table scan.
