Description:
mysql shutsdown when I start phpmyadmin or SqlYog Communiity Edition v6.0.3.
the error log doesn't show any information about the source of the error all i get is this windows error message:

mysql-nt.exe Appplication Error
The instruction at "0x00503a98" referenced memory at 0x0202020dc the memory could not be read.

Which basically means a memory access violation error.
I am using a WAMP distribution i.e WAMPS 5.1.7

I expected to connect to my database without issue.

How to repeat:
Startup Wamp server 5.1.7
Startup phpmyadmin connect to any database.
Or
Startup SQLYog community Edition 6.0.3.

Thank you for the report.

But version 5.0.14 is quite old and at least one incompatibility with phpMyAdmin has been fixed since. Please upgrade to current version 5.0.45, try with it and say us result.
