Description:
Using mysql-connector-java-3.0.11-stable-bin.jar to query is ok.
but, executeUpdate(SQL_CMD) failed and the error message below.

Error during query: Unexpected Exception: java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException message given: String index out of range

then, I change to mysql-connector-java-3.0.9-stable-bin.jar ..
everything is ok..

How to repeat:
os: Redhat 9
tomcat 5.0.19
stmt.executeUpdate(SQL_CMD)

Please post a full stack trace.
