The problem is due to the previleges on the Database files. The database is created with user having admin previleges. But I tried to access data from database with user having restricted previleges(Restricted User). Server is installed on C Drive. So the system is not accepting any changes made on these database files causing the error. The problem is solved by logging in with user having admin previleges.
