Description:
In Query Browser, when trying to run select query, displaying the error "Library Error Number 3" in status bar. I have reinstalled Server 5.0, QueryBrowser and Administrator as well. But still the same error is repeating.
System also rebooted. The MyServer service is also restarted. But the same message is being displayed in Query Browser. I have tried from Administrator -> Edit Table Data.... But got the same error.

But from command prompt all queries are running fine.

How to repeat:
I dont know what happened to My SQL Query Browser and what caused this error.

The problem is due to the previleges on the Database files. The database is created with user having admin previleges. But I tried to access data from database with user having restricted previleges(Restricted User). Server is installed on C Drive. So the system is not accepting any changes made on these database files causing the error.

The problem is solved by logging in with user having admin previleges.
