Description:
In the table cache not optimal advisor, the following text is displayed. 

"Increase the value of table_cache dynamically and monitor the ratio of 64 to 247."

When, in fact, it should probably read "monitor the ratio of open_tables to opened_tables" 

How to repeat:
 Trigger the advisor
