Description:
It would be nice to allow a user to sort the order of servers within a group in some way, such as allowing reordering within the 'Manage Servers' page. We could do this by giving an internal ordering number for server within the group. 

How to repeat:
Add some agents to the dashboard, and view the order they are listed within (this will be the order they were added in).

Suggested fix:
Allow arbitrary ordering of servers within groups with configuration abilities.

Presumably should let user alter server group ordering too. Does that mean we'd want/need to add support for different sort ordering (user, alpha)?

There other lists in the product--notification groups, rules/advisors. Those are probably less important to allow user re-ordering.
