Description:
When configuring a cluster it seems to be mandantory to have a node with nodeid=1 This is not documented.

How to repeat:
Create a cluster configuration according to documentation. Increment the nodeids in all configurations creating a nodeid = 1 missing cluster setup. --> Start ndb management console:

Unable to obtain requested nodeid: No node defined with id=1 in config file.
[root@ametltest01 mysql-cluster]#

will appear on your console

Suggested fix:
Either document that the nodeId MUST start with 1 (at http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/mysql-cluster-connectstring.html) or change the ndb engine that it can handle a cluster setup without a nodeid = 1
