Description:
This is a revert to old behavior. Viewing logs is supposed to pop open a new tab or browser instance and be closed after use. However, the jsp version of the app includes the header nav causing people to navigate away (not realizing a new page opened) and end up with a number of unnecessary open pages or tabs.

How to repeat:
Go to the logs page and click on a log. Note that a new page opens with the top nav present.

Suggested fix:
Use the minimal tiles layout.
