Description:
Each time I restart tomcat, I see the following logs:
Imported graph "CPU Utilization".
Imported graph "Connections".
Imported graph "Database Activity".
Imported graph "Hit Ratios".

If they were imported on last start, why would they be imported again?

How to repeat:
restart tomcat and look at the logs

Suggested fix:
don't re-import

this is a workaround for lack of versioning and UUIDs in graphs. this has to be done to pick up any change in the graphs.
