Go to your data install directory and look for a file with extension .err usually host_name.err and then zip and attach it here. Thanks in advance.

Please double-check the documentation available at http://dev.mysql.com/doc/ and the instructions on how to report a bug at http://bugs.mysql.com/how-to-report.php Error log contains information about misconfiguration of InnoDB startup options. Correct them and you will be available to start the server. See also http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/innodb-parameters.html and http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/innodb-configuration.html
