Description:
http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/mysqld-option-tables.html shows server_id as both global and session.

http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/dynamic-system-variables.html shows it as session-only.

Other variables are also showing as global on one page and session and global on another. Investigating.

These tables are now generated from the same file so are in sync. The 'server_id' variable has the same value in both tables.
