Description:
A support file necessary to support os::external data collections is not included with the build. This is related to Bug #28182: os::external data collection not working (http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=28182), but Jan wanted another bug to track this aspect. I *think* the file might be gspawn-win32-helper.exe, but I'm not sure, and I had trouble when manually including that file.

Also, I'm not sure if this is only required on Windows, or if a similar support file is required on Linux, Mac OS X, Solaris, and other platforms.

How to repeat:
See Description.

Suggested fix:
1) Jan to determine what files are needed for what platforms.
2) Jan/Kent to incorporate into the agent build process.
3) Keith to package up accordingly.
4) Then BitRock can reference it in their installers.

Is this still a "bug" in 2.0 or can we close this is "won't fix" for 1.x ?
