Description:
Initially reported by BitRock.

After upgrading from 1.1.0 to 1.2.0, there are two entries in the Start menu:

  "MySQL Network Monitoring and Advisory Service"
  "MySQL Network Service Manager Upgrade"

How to repeat:
See Description.

Suggested fix:
There should only be one entry and it should be labeled "MySQL Network Monitoring and Advisory Service".
