Description:
I've installed C/ODBC on Mac OS X (10.3.9) and registered the driver using myodbc3i.

When I try to create a user DSN through the ODBC administrator application, I can never connect to the server.

Checking the diagnostics, the following error is reported:

[iODBC][Driver Manager]No data source or driver specified, dialog prohibited

Creating a DSN through myodbc3i and then testing the connection with ODBC Administrator works fine though.

Occasionally persistent attempts to test the connection will cause ODBC Administrator to crash.

How to repeat:
Try creating any User DSN in ODBC Administrator using the C/ODBC driver.

Probably related to Bug #31495 and Bug #32057.

Creating a DSN generally works with the latest Connector/ODBC releases. The crashes on Leopard are addressed by the upcoming Leopard-specific builds of Connector/ODBC.
