Description:
MySqlDataAdapter  Can't SELECT CHINESE CHARACTER

FOR EXAPLE:
    SELECT * FROM TB WHERE NAME='你好',The sentence can't return result.

Explanation: Hi Chen and thanks for your report.
In order for me to start testing you need to add:
 - my.ini file used to start MySQL server service (attach)
 - MySQL server and NET FW versions
 - DDL script suitable to import with mysql cl client (attach) as I don't have  table with Chinese data
 - small but complete test case (attach)
