The "Global Settings" page has a title tag, "Global Settings", but the link to this page is called "Global Preferences". Definitely not a showstopper but I noticed this inconsistency because it can lead to confusion in the documentation.

How to repeat:
Go to the "Global Settings" page. Note that the link to this page is labeled "Global Preferences".

Suggested fix:
Title tag should be consistent with the link name.

Now consistent. As this behavior existed in the PHP version as well, pinging gary to confirm that we want "settings" over "preferences".

For now, close this bug if the behavior is consistent.
