Description:
Import an advisor JAR into Merlin and look at the Advisor log.  You'll see a message like "Information Jun 18, 2007 5:28 PM Imported 10 Advisors.  Bundle version is 1.2.0.5721.  Subscription level is ."

Note that the subscription level is missing.  It should say something like "Subscription level is Platinum."

Suggested fix:
Add the subscription level.  I *think* it's missing because it's not in version.props when the JAR is built.
