Description:
I have Mozilla as my default browser. Most applications open this browser (including Outlook) when opening a link. MySQL Administrator, on going to "Help" -> "Report Bug to MySQL" opens IE instead of Mozilla.

How to repeat:
Install on Windows XP with default browser being something else than Internet Explorer. Open MySQL Administrator and go to "Help" -> "Report Bug to MySQL". What comes up should have been a page within the default browser. Instead it opens the page in Internet Explorer.

Suggested fix:
Rather than hard-coding the browser into the program, make use of the variable that calls the default browser.
