Description:
my_attribute.h is missing from the include directory when you install the developer headers and libraries using the Windows (x86) ZIP/Setup.EXE

How to repeat:
Try to compile something that include my_global.h

Suggested fix:
Include the missing file

Thank you for the bug report. The 'Without installer' package doesn't include
that file too.

This is corrected in the current 5.0 source, a change
to "scripts/make_win_bin_dist", check in comment

"Aligned headers to include with Unix 'make install'"
