Description:
The installer maxdb-all-win-64bit-x86_64-7_6_00_37.exe crashes in the
begin of the install process.

How to repeat:
Try to install on Windows Vista X64.

I am sorry but MaxDB 7.6 isn't released for Windows Vista x64.
