Add comment not work

How to repeat:
1. login
2. Add your own comment (page: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/sorting-rows.html)
3. text: ... ORDER BY SUBSTR(`code`,2,2) ... (Please ADD, good for sorting fields of type 'A10 (PC room)' from last example)
4. Send
