Description:
The MySQL server is not support the "check" constrain now, the Key words "check" can be used, but it has no effect.

How to repeat:
create a table with "check" constrain and insert some data that disobey the rules, it can be inserted successfully.

Suggested fix:
I think the "check" constrain is a very useful character, Why don't add the support for the "check" constrain in the MySQL Server's new version.
