Description:
If a procedure is called in an event without being defined, the event seems to do nothing and doesn't report an error. That is confusing. An error should occur.

Example is attached.

How to repeat:
put the test file in the t directory of mysql-test, touch ev_bug4.result in r and execute
perl mysql-test-run.pl ev_bug4

Could you please attach the test file mentioned. Thanks in advance.

Please, provide example of inconsistency (based on your last comment). Check it with version 5.1.20 just released.
