Description:
The virtual memory graph is currently available at the silver subscription level when it should only be available at the gold and platinum levels.  Also, the temporary tables graph is available at the gold level subscription when it should only be available at the platinum level.

How to repeat:
After installing merlin, set the initial credentials to silver and check the graphs tab.  Then upgrade the subscription to gold via the settings tab and update the advisors and graphs via the advisors tab.

Fixed in revision 5766 in dev\merlin-1.0\branches\advisors-1.1.0.  We should be getting advisors from there and not from trunk any longer.

This bug is already in the changelog for version 1.1. We don't document graphs (or rules) by subscription level so I'm assuming nothing else needs to happen.
