Description:
i can use mysql before with the sqlyog in windows 2000..but now when i connect to mysql host an error message occurs: 

error no. 2003
can't connect to mysql server on 'localhost' (10061)

what's the problem with this..?

How to repeat:
everytime i connect to mysql host it happens..
