In this documentation (both print and online) exist two links http://www.mysql.com/Downloads/Contrib/Examples/menagerie.tar.gz and http://www.mysql.com/Downloads/Contrib/Examples/menagerie.zip who gets to a 404. Files could not be found on ftp.mysql.com
