Description:
After installing MySQL 5.0.0 on windows the directory share\charsets is missing all files except Readme

How to repeat:
Install MySQL 5.0.0 on Windows. See directory.

Suggested fix:
add files from bk tree mysql-5.0\sql\share\charsets to installer.

Verified; installer version is missing the files (they are present in the no-installer package).

Will be fixed with the upcoming 5.0.1 packages
