Description:
On the dashboard the month names are not correct "translated" to the selected locale settings.
On 2 boxes I have 'German' selected and see on one '16-maj' (a Wi8n vista64 with swedish OS), on the other '16-May' (Suse9 with english OS), and both does not look very 'German'.
The time representation on both systems looks OK (17:45 for 5.45 pm).

How to repeat:
- select GERMAN in the users settings page
- select 24:59 as time frame for the dashboard graphs to see at least one 'date'
or
- use 'Configure' tab and select the graph for several days

Suggested fix:
- use user's selected settings

In 1.2, all translations will be manually converted by using a translation firm as necessary. This is also true for date formatting. Until this happens, changing locale will have no impact.
