Description:
When reverse engineering a MySQL DB created and managed by the InnoDB engine, the 1:1, 1:n and n:m relationships defined by foreign keys are not shown. The FK definitions are there and can be seen in the FK compartment. Besides, all relationships show up when the reverse engineering is performed by other tools (like SQL Manager 2007 for MySQL, for example).

How to repeat:
Please just reverse engineer any DB created and managed by InnoDB.
