please add named pipe support in installation routine

How to repeat:
go through installation routine

Suggested fix:
on the window where you can setup TCP/IP networking should also be an option to setup named pipe

Obsolete MySQL version. The config system for MySQL on Windows has been completely revised since then. Please refile if still relevant.
