Description:
When you try to login after your account has expired, you get a message directing you to the Global Preferences page to enter new valid credentials. However, if you are not the Admin user (e.g. your login has the DBA role), the Global Preferences page has no place to enter credentials -- that part of the page is blank. So you're stuck and you don't know what to do.

How to repeat:
See Description.

Suggested fix:
Add a note the the Account Expired message dialog, AND to the Global Preferences page, stating that you must have the Admin role to enter new credentials.
