Description:
When I am in the Add data source name dialog and press the
"Diagnostics" button on the bottom the diagnostics area opens.
But when I now again press the Diagnostics button to close it - this will not work.

We are replacing the dialog with a completely rewritten
one soon, that uses the native Windows API. This makes it
not worth spending time correcting this cosmetic problem,
that seems specific to Windows.
