Description:
The section of the page listing "A query also is not cached under these conditions:" needs to change, as it currently disallows all prepared statements, which changed in 5.1.17 as noted earlier in the page.

How to repeat:
http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/query-cache-how.html

Suggested fix:
Change the bullet point starting 'It was issued as a prepared statement, even if no placeholders were employed' to mention the new behavior in 5.1.17

Thank you for a reasonable documentation request.

Thank you for your bug report. This issue has been addressed in the documentation. The updated documentation will appear on our website shortly, and will be included in the next release of the relevant products.

Actually, we can just whack that bullet point because the
information earlier on the page applies not. Thanks for
noticing this, I overlooked it when I updated the page with
the new prepared statement information.
