When doing a text installation of the agent the following message appears :

MySQL Network Service Manager:

Hostname or IP address: ***unknown variable managerhost***

Port: ***unknown variable managerport***

Agent username: ***unknown variable agentuser***

Hostname to display: ***unknown variable servername***

Press [Enter] to continue :

Setup is now ready to begin installing MySQL Network Service Agent on your computer.

The agent installs and runs correctly.

How to repeat:
Do a text installation of the agent.

Suggested fix:
Show the values of the variables.
