Can't apply changes. Configuration file (section) cannot be updated ErrorNr: 1

How to repeat:
Change directory path and try to apply the change.
Logged as administrator.

source repository of that product and will be incorporated into the
next release.

If necessary, you can access the source repository and build the latest
available version, including the bugfix, yourself. More information

Additional info:

Error Number 1 means that the file could not be opend. Probably your file did not exist. This is fixed now. When the config-file does not exist it will be created.
