I wasn't able to repeat, maybe something different on your environment cause this behavior.

Try deleting the files in C:\Documents and Settings\[YourUsername]\Application Data\MySQL. There was a bug when saving obscured passwords. This is already fixed in our source repository.

Hi,
I've tried (on WinNT the path is c:\winnt\Profiles\[Username]\Application Data\MySQL) but the program still crashes.
Bye

This bug is probably fixed in our source-repository already. We will make a new release this week. If the program still crashes then, please report the bug again. Thanks.
