Description:
Adding an icon to a user profile in "User Information" screen generates the following error:

The file being readed is not a valid "Portable Network Graphics" image because it contains an invalid header. This file maybe corrupted, try obtaining it again.

The file being loaded is a png, 48x48 pixel graphic, created by PSP7 and then as a test by GIMP

How to repeat:
Choose the "User Information" Tab from "User Administration"
Choose the "Load form disk" button
Choose a 48x48 pixel png file
Choose "Apply Changes"

I first created a new account an added an icon later. I got the same error. Then I chose another user account and returned to the 'broken' account. The login information and additional information changed to the correct values, but the username mentioned above the login information did not change to the correct username.
