Thank you for the report. After executing update, if you click on "Advanced" button in the "Bulk Data Transfer" window, it should show Message Log of transfer. Please upload this log to we can examine what happened. Also in previous screen, check "Create Script File for Insert Statements" checkbox and try to upload this file to the database and report about errors if they occur.
