Description:
On AIX, make_binary_distribution results in the following error message:

scripts/make_binary_distribution[271]: /usr/bin/cp: 0403-027 The parameter list is too long.

Line 271 is where test result files are added to the archive, resulting in all test cases failing because there are no result files.

How to repeat:
Build 5.1.17 on AIX and run make_binary_distribution.

This bug was fixed in 5.1.17 and does not occur before unless someone adds his own test cases to and old release.
